Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, provided that the product is unopened, unused and undamaged.
After notifying us of your withdrawal via the contact form, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned, unless the product is defective or does not comply with the agreement.
Once your return has been received and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
