At the heart of Oil&Ohm lies the belief that self-care is not something to optimise, but something to experience. Our oils are designed to support these moments, allowing space to slow down and reconnect with the body.

Each formulation is guided by quality, care and respect for tradition. We work with pure Moroccan argan oil and carefully selected natural ingredients, chosen for their nourishing properties and sensory depth. Our Ayurvedic oils are inspired by the principles of the doshas: Vata, Pitta and Kapha, while our Pure Argan Oil honours a long-standing tradition of natural care.

How it started

Oil & Ohm was founded by Suze Retera, from a personal search for a body oil that felt both nourishing and meaningful. An oil that could support daily self-care without becoming another routine, trend or task to complete.

What she missed was a product that combined quality, simplicity and depth. Something rooted in tradition, yet fully aligned with modern life. This search became the starting point for creating oils that honour ancient wisdom, intentional formulation and the beauty of simple rituals.

Today, that original intention still shapes everything we create: oils designed to support moments of care that feel natural, grounding and personal.
