The grounding Vata Balancing Oil invites you to bring gentle attention to areas where grounding and warmth are most supportive in your body: the feet, lower legs and lower back.

Vata energy often rises when life feels busy, during travel, or when the mind feels restless and unanchored. In these moments, a warm foot bath followed by a slow massage of the feet and lower legs with the Vata Balance Oil allows you to softly land back in your body. Including the lower back and kidney area deepens this sense of grounding and ease.

After the massage, keep the body warm with soft socks and, if you like, a warm compress on the lower back. Take a few deep breaths, extending the exhale, and allow yourself to settle.

Pitta Balancing Ritual

The Pitta Balancing Oil allows you to slow down and bring soothing care to areas where heat and tension tend to gather, like the head, temples, skin, and abdomen

Pitta energy can build when life feels intense, demanding or overstimulating. On such days, begin by placing a cool, soft cloth on the forehead, allowing the eyes to relax by softening your gaze and the muscles in the face to let go. Rub a few drops of the Pitta Balance Oil between your palms and bring the hands gently around the nose, creating a small cup. Inhale the scent slowly, taking a few deep breaths to help settle an overactive mind and release built-up pressure.

Continue the ritual with a gentle head massage, paying special attention to the temples, followed by a slow, mindful belly massage. These moments of touch support relaxation, soothe digestion and invite the body to unwind.

Kapha Balancing Ritual

The Kapha Balancing Oil brings movement and circulation, creating lightness in areas where heaviness or stagnation can be felt like the legs, hips, upper arms and chest.

Kapha energy may build during slower periods, after long days of sitting, or when the body or mind feels weighed down. As part of this ritual, you may begin with dry brushing to gently awaken the lymphatic flow. Using slow, stroking movements, guide the brush upwards along the legs toward the groin, and along the arms toward the armpits and heart. This preparatory step helps activate circulation and brings awareness back into the body.

After brushing, massage the skin with the Kapha Balancing Oil using a slightly more invigorating rhythm. Continue to work in upward, flowing strokes, again guiding movement toward the lymphatic areas. The combination of touch, warmth and motion supports release, clarity and renewed vitality.

Pure Argan Oil carries a long tradition of care. For centuries, argan oil has been crafted in Morocco, where women have gathered the argan nuts and patiently pressed them by hand to create an oil valued for its nourishing and protective qualities. The is potent, pure and deeply nourishing.

Warm a small amount of oil between your hands or on an oil warmer and apply it slowly to your entire body, allowing the touch to be unhurried and attentive. The oil softens your skin, nourishes and moisturises it, making it especially comforting for dry or sensitive skin. You can allow your skin to fully absorb the oil or take a short shower to wash off the residue.

Worked through the lengths or ends of the hair, argan oil offers nourishment and shine while. Allow your hair to soak up the oil for a few hours or overnight.
